We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind or customer error.

Refunds or replacements are only offered if the product is faulty

Damaged Items
Please rest assured we package every cookie with care, keeping it snug and secure so it arrives safely and undamaged, it is our passion that you receive and enjoy our products

If your order arrives damaged, please email us info@oogiyacookie.com.au within 12-24 hours of delivery with:
1. Clear photographs of the item and packaging, and
2. Your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Oogiya Cookie is not liable for damage, or loss once the parcel has been lodged with Australia Post. Australia Post do however compensate up to $100 for loss or damage. We will assist you in working with Australia Post to help resolve any shipping issues and ensure you receive a result that includes your beautiful cookies or other related products.
*If a parcel arrives damaged please contact us within 12-24 hours with photographic evidence so we can assist you in lodging a claim with Australia Post*.

Return shipping
Will be agreed upon via discussion with Oogiya and client depending on the concern and will be judged on a case by case basis with Oogiya willing to pay for returns in some instances.

Cookies must be unused and unconsumed and returned within 3 days of receiving approval and in their original packaging.

Outcome
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we may arrange a replacement for the faulty product.

PLEASE NOTE: We have a strict dispatch quality assurance process prior to product departure. All items are checked and photographed to confirm they are free from defects.

Digital STL Files

Non-refundable due to the nature of digital products.
Physical Cutters & Embossers

Refunds or replacements are only issued if the item arrives defective.
