By purchasing from Oogiya Cookie, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Please read them carefully before placing your order

1. Ordering and Payment

Cookies are available in Australia but not currently offered overseas
Digital products are available for download in Australia, United Kingdom, USA, New Zealand, Netherlands, Canada and Germany
All prices are listed in Australia Dollars (AUD)
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering
Custom order designs are confirmed in writing (email, text or website) before production begins, and the 10 days allowable for completion and dispatch will commence.

2. Shipping and Delivery

We ship Australia wide using Australia Post
Products are dispatched 7 days from purchase date for website purchases and 10 days for custom orders following confirmed designs, unless otherwise an agreement has been made between our client and Oogiya Cookie.

3. Food Safety and Allergens

Our cookies are made in a registered and approved kitchen which may contain or come in contact with allergens including gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts and soy.
Full ingredient lists are available upon request

4. Refunds and Cancellations

Our products are handmade and perishable, we reserve the right to only offer refunds on faulty items. Noting our products leave our premise following strict protocols and photographic records
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of ordering to be eligible for a refund

5. Permitted use and Resale

Permitted: If you purchase embossers/debossers, cutters or other tools from Oogiya Cookie, you may use them to create your own cookies or products for commercial sale.
Not Permitted: You may not resell, redistribute or repackage any physical or digital products purchased from Oogiya Cookie (including cookies, fondant toppers, embossers/debossers, cutters, packaging or accessories) in their original or modified form without prior written consent.
All Oogiya Cookie designs and tools are protected by intellectual property laws unless otherwise stated. Unauthorised reproduction or resale of our physical or digital products is prohibited.

6. Intellectual Property

All product designs (unless otherwise stated), photographs, website content and branding remain the intellectual property of Oogiya Cookie.
You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Oogiya Cookie is not liable for any allergic reactions, misuse of products, or damages caused after the product leaves our premises.
We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect storage or handling after delivery.
