Custom Orders

All custom orders are dispatched within 10 business days at the latest from the date the final design is confirmed.

Non-Custom Items

All non-custom cookie items are dispatched within 7 business days at the latest, unless otherwise discussed in writing.

All cutters and stamps are dispatched within 1-3 days

Shipping Method & Rates

We offer flat rate AUD $12.99 express shipping within Australia, via Australia Post. We offer express shipping only, to protect the quality of your order, this minimises transit time and your products in their best condition.
International standard and registered postage to the following locations UK, USA, New Zealand, Netherlands, Germany and Ireland. These locations may change based on demand
Tracking details will be provided once your order is shipped.

Delivery & Risk

Oogiya Cookie ships with insurance. We will work with you to lodge a claim with Australia Post to help resolve any damaged products on arrival. Please refer Australia Post for more information

* If a parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 12-24 hours with photographic evidence so we can lodge a claim with Australia Post*. Products must be unconsumed.

Local Collection (Free)

Free in-person collection is available for customers located in or around Sale, Victoria. Pickup details will be arranged after your order is confirmed.
