Custom Orders

All custom orders are dispatched within 10 business days from the date the final design is confirmed.

Non-Custom Items

All non-custom items are dispatched within 7 business days, unless otherwise discussed in writing.

Shipping Method & Rates

We offer flat rate AUD $15.99 express shipping via Australia Post.
Tracking details will be provided once your order is shipped.

Delivery & Risk

Oogiya Cookie is not liable for delays, damage, or loss once the parcel has been lodged with Australia Post. Austalia Post do however have compensation for up to $100 for loss or damage. We will assist you in working with Australia Post to help resolve any shipping issues and ensure you receive a result that includes your beautiful cookies or other related products.

* If a parcel arrives damaged or is delayed, please contact us within 12-24 hours with photographic evidence so we can assist you in lodging a claim with Australia Post*. Products must be unconsumed.

Local Collection (Free)

Free in-person collection is available for customers located in or around Sale, Victoria. Pickup details will be arranged after your order is confirmed.
